The Service generates project plans, estimated cost ranges, material suggestions, tool recommendations, and general guidance through an AI-driven conversational interview process.
ALL CONTENT, PLANS, RECOMMENDATIONS, COST ESTIMATES, MATERIAL SUGGESTIONS, AND GUIDANCE PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE ARE FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Service does not constitute professional architectural, engineering, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, legal, or any other licensed professional advice.
DIRIGHT is not a licensed contractor, architect, engineer, building inspector, or tradesperson. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate project plans and recommendations. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, outdated information, or recommendations that are not appropriate for your specific circumstances, location, climate, building codes, or home conditions. AI-generated cost estimates are approximate ranges based on general market data and may not reflect actual prices in your area. No AI-generated plan should be treated as a substitute for a professional assessment.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. DIRIGHT reserves the right to modify pricing with thirty (30) days' notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify DIRIGHT immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Indianapolis, Indiana. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DIRIGHT regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
